🗣️ Portuguese Vowels & Consonants — Portuguese pronunciation is known for its nasal vowels, open and closed vowel sounds, and unique consonants like LH and NH. The letter R has two distinct pronunciations (soft tap and guttural). This lesson covers all vowel and consonant sounds with detailed pronunciation guides in Urdu and English.

🔊 Click the Listen button next to each sound or word to hear the pronunciation using Text-to-Speech.

💡 Key Rule: Portuguese has 12 vowel sounds (including 5 nasal vowels) and many consonants that differ from English. The nasal vowels are essential for correct pronunciation, and the two R sounds can change the meaning of words.
